Responsibilities
- Expand and nurture partnerships with top blockchain/ecosystem entities
- Cultivate relationships with leading enterprises to enhance their developer communities and ecosystems
- Develop and sustain long-term business partnerships with clients
- Identify, negotiate, and secure agreements with new partners of various sizes
- Collaborate with legal, engineering, marketing, and product teams to finalize deals
- Support the Business Development director in devising strategies, compiling business reports and proposals, overseeing proposal processes, and managing partner relationships
- Undertake additional projects and duties as assigned for the organization's overall benefit
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Ability to source and identify suitable projects for collaboration and partnership with DoraHacks
- Skilled in consultative selling techniques
- Proficient in English communication and presentation
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in web3 and blockchain
- Possession of business resources within the blockchain ecosystem is advantageous
- Experience in business development, partnerships, and sales within a leading Internet/technology/consultancy company is a bonus
- Proficiency in Mandarin, French, German, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, Turkish, or Russian is highly preferred
