Key Responsibilities:
As part of our team, reporting to the VP of Business Development for the Americas, your primary duties include validating, launching, and commercializing strategic product and segment initiatives:
- Spearhead new product or Business Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies across various product pillars.
- Champion a portfolio of strategic opportunities, drive partnership momentum, execute comprehensive GTM plans for key initiatives, and evaluate product market fit through market engagement.
- Initiate first-of-its-kind partnerships for product incubation, establish bilateral agreements, and collaborate across teams to deliver MVPs.
- Define and refine business models and monetization strategies, driving initiatives towards market readiness in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:
- Possess over 12 years of experience in business development, product partnerships, or fintech in a financial services background, crypto or payments experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience leading cross-functional teams, negotiating high-impact strategic deals with C-level stakeholders, and prioritizing various initiatives for maximum business growth.
- Strong strategic acumen in developing product-market fit hypotheses and GTM strategies, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Additional Details:
The position qualifies for immediate PERM sponsorship for eligible candidates. Compensation is determined based on factors such as experience, skill set, and organizational requirements. The base salary range is $195,000 - $252,500 per year, with an annual bonus target of 20%, along with equity and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans. Other benefits include discretionary vacation policy, 10 days of paid sick leave per year, and 11 paid holidays annually in the U.S.
