Key Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the VP, Business Development, Americas, you will spearhead the assessment, development, and launch of strategic product initiatives:
- Spearhead new product launches and go-to-market strategies
- Identify and nurture strategic partnerships, drive collaboration, and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for key initiatives
- Validate product concepts through partner engagement, market research, and feedback gathering
- Make critical decisions on progressing with development initiatives
- Secure initial partners for incubation, negotiate agreements, and collaborate across teams to deliver minimum viable products
- Refine business models, including monetization strategies, for product sustainability
- Transition initiatives towards market readiness through cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications:
- Over 12 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or product management in fintech or financial services, preferably crypto or payments
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams, driving data-informed decision-making, and contributing to solution development
- Demonstrated ability in negotiating strategic agreements with senior executives
- Strong strategic thinking and market analysis skills for establishing product-market fit
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Passion for early-stage company development, process improvement, and fast-paced environments

- This role offers sponsorship for qualified candidates from day one.
- Compensation ranges vary based on relevant factors, with a starting pay range of $195,000 - $252,500, plus a 20% annual bonus and equity & benefits package.
