Responsibilities:

Working under the VP of Business Development, Americas, the role entails driving validation, incubation, and commercialization of essential product and segment initiatives:

  • Spearhead new product and Business GTM strategies across different product pillars
  • Forging and managing strategic opportunities while propelling partnership initiatives and executing comprehensive GTM strategies
  • Validate new product concepts, test product-market fit, and engage with partners to gather crucial feedback
  • Make Go/No-go decisions for developmental progression
  • Secure pioneering partnerships for product incubation, devise bilateral agreements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for product launch
  • Refine business models, including economic strategies
  • Gradually transition initiatives towards market-ready status through cross-functional collaboration

  • 12+ years of experience in business development, product partnership, or fintech within financial services, preferably crypto or payments

  • Demonstrated negotiation skills to secure impactful strategic deals with C-level stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking, adept at defining product-market fit hypotheses and go-to-market approaches

  • Superior written and presentation skills in English
  • Passion for early-stage building, continuous process improvement, fast-paced environments, and nurturing partner and customer relationships

Additional Details:

  • Position qualifies for immediate PERM sponsorship for eligible candidates.
  • Compensation range determined by factors like experience, skills, qualifications, and organizational needs, may vary by location.
  • Base Pay Range: $195,000 - $252,500 Annual Bonus Target: 20% Equity & Benefits provided.
