** Business Development Manager**
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a focus on the Web3 gaming industry at Seedworld. The ideal candidate will drive growth via partnership building, strategic alliance securing, and expanding our presence in the blockchain gaming ecosystem. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will shape the company's growth strategy and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships within the Web3 ecosystem, including gaming studios, blockchain platforms, and NFT marketplaces.
- Develop relationships with crypto communities, influencers, and investors to enhance company visibility and product promotion.
- Create and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with growth targets and company objectives.
- Identify market opportunities and lead initiatives to launch innovative products or services in the Web3 gaming sector.
- Drive revenue growth through securing new business opportunities such as partnerships and collaborations with blockchain networks, gaming platforms, and NFT projects.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to stay abreast of Web3 gaming trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.
- Provide data-driven insights to the executive team for informed product and marketing strategies.
- Represent the company at Web3 and gaming events to increase brand recognition and establish connections for potential partnerships.
- Cultivate strong relationships with blockchain developers, game publishers, and Web3 investors.
- Lead negotiations for partnership agreements covering legal, technical, and financial aspects.
- Manage contractual agreements to ensure mutual benefits for both the company and its partners.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Offer strategic input during new product and feature development to meet market demands.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing partners and clients, ensuring satisfaction and continued engagement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners and clients, addressing any arising issues.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of business development experience, preferably within the gaming and Web3 industries.
- Proven track record in the Web3 or blockchain ecosystem, including DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, crypto-gaming, etc.
- Thorough knowledge of blockchain technology, NFTs, tokenomics, and decentralized platforms.
- Experience working with gaming studios, blockchain platforms, or NFT projects is highly valued.
- Demonstrated success in securing high-value partnerships and driving revenue growth.
- Familiarity with Web3-specific business models like Play-to-Earn (P2E), GameFi, and NFT-based economies.
