We seek an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong interest in the Web3 gaming sector at Seedworld. The successful candidate will play a vital role in fostering growth through forging partnerships, securing strategic alliances, and enhancing our presence within the blockchain gaming landscape. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to shape growth strategies and achieve business goals is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying, evaluating, and establishing strategic partnerships with gaming studios, blockchain platforms, NFT marketplaces, and other key players within the Web3 ecosystem.
Building relationships with crypto communities, influencers, and investors to advocate for the company and its offerings.
Crafting and executing a comprehensive business development strategy and processes aligned with company objectives and growth targets.
Recognizing market opportunities and leading initiatives to introduce innovative products or services in the Web3 gaming arena.
Boosting revenue growth by identifying and securing new business prospects, including partnerships with blockchain networks, gaming platforms, and NFT projects.
Conducting thorough market analysis to stay abreast of the latest Web3 gaming trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.
Providing data-driven insights to the executive team to guide product development and marketing strategies.
Attending Web3 and gaming conferences, networking events, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and foster partnerships.
Developing strong relationships with blockchain developers, game publishers, and Web3 investors.
Overseeing negotiations for partnership agreements, covering legal, technical, and financial aspects.
Managing contractual agreements to ensure mutual benefit for the company and its partners.
Collaborating closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
Offering strategic input during the development of new products and features to align with market demand.
Maintaining strong ties with existing partners and clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Serving as the primary contact for partners and clients, addressing any issues swiftly.
Qualifications:
2+ years of business development experience, preferably in gaming and Web3 Games sectors.
Demonstrated experience in the Web3 or blockchain ecosystem (DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, crypto gaming, etc.).
Proficient understanding of blockchain technology, NFTs, tokenomics, and decentralized platforms.
Experience working with gaming studios, blockchain platforms, or NFT projects preferred.
Track record of securing high-value partnerships and driving revenue growth.
Familiarity with Web3-specific business models such as Play-to-Earn (P2E), GameFi, and NFT-based economies.
