About The Role
Join our team as a Business Development Manager tasked with cultivating strategic relationships with key gaming accounts. Your responsibilities will include driving minting activities into Immutable by forming partnerships with gaming clients utilizing our Web3 gaming services. This role encompasses leading the entire sales process, negotiating deals, crafting legal agreements, nurturing relationships, defining technical requirements, and championing our core products and services. You will collaborate closely with internal teams spanning GTM, Legal, Sales Engineering, Game Studio, Acceleration, and Partner Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business development leaders to drive initial stages of the sales cycle and support customer acquisition.
- Engage with prospects through both conventional "web2" channels and emerging "web3" channels to maximize outreach.
- Identify trends and prospects in the dynamic web3 gaming landscape.
- Utilize industry connections to cultivate new partnerships and expand the pipeline of game studios and developers for engagement.
- Take ownership for ensuring partner projects are launched successfully on Immutable by coordinating efforts across departments.
- Forge robust relationships with executive stakeholders and participate in team initiatives to enhance sales processes.
- Develop strategic account plans and ascertain the requisite support resources.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of client-facing experience in the gaming sector within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Enthusiasm for crypto, web3, gaming, DeFi, and digital assets.
- Exceptional operational and communication skills.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic startup setting, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Demonstrated drive and commitment to excellence.
Additional Qualifications
- Direct experience with web3 gaming projects, including project launches.
- Familiarity with the market entry process for web3 native projects and games.
