Business Development Manager (Fully- Remote / RegTech)
Our client is a forward-thinking RegTech company established in Hong Kong in 2016. They specialize in advanced KYC solutions driven by innovative technology. Building successful partnerships with various global banking institutions, they are now extending their services to include asset management firms and payment solution providers.
As part of their ongoing expansion, they are looking for a Sales Development Representative / Business Development Manager to collaborate with their Sales Leader based in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will showcase strong business development skills, with a track record of successful outbound prospecting and revenue generation. This role, created newly, offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Sales Leader in propelling business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize CRM systems, strategic outreach, and professional communication to create new business opportunities and establish meaningful client relationships across different industries.
- Conduct thorough market analysis using professional networking platforms and business intelligence tools to identify and engage with key stakeholders.
- Arrange strategic meetings between potential clients and the sales team to encourage productive business conversations.
- Drive targeted outbound initiatives to form new business partnerships, particularly focusing on engaging senior-level decision-makers in IT, Operations, and Compliance divisions. Provide expert guidance on KYC automation solutions while qualifying business opportunities effectively.
- Maintain regular reporting of key performance metrics to leadership, ensuring consistent attainment of sales objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, showcasing accomplishments in lead generation and meeting revenue targets.
- Proficient in client engagement through various channels such as phone, email, and professional networking platforms.
- Strong analytical abilities with a proven knack for recognizing client needs and offering innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated dedication to advancing in sales leadership roles, with a drive to take on increased responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field (minimum 5 years).
- Familiarity with contemporary sales platforms like Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Apollo is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential. Fluency in English and Cantonese is preferred.
