Business Development Manager, VIP Partnerships

We are looking for a Partnerships Business Development Manager to drive growth through cultivating relationships with key Affiliates, VIP clients, and Brokers. This role is critical in expanding our presence within these impactful segments, ensuring sustained success through strategic partnerships and tailored solutions for high-value customers.

As the point person for strategic relationships with top Affiliates and Brokers, you will identify promising VIP clients and develop specialized solutions to meet their specific needs. Every partnership you secure, from innovative affiliate campaigns to custom broker programs, will bolster our market standing.
Your ingenuity will be central to this role, whether devising new incentives for VIP clients or collaborating internally to create unique products for partners. Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate new partnerships with media and Affiliates (e.g., KOLs, influencers) to attract new deposits and trades.
- Develop partnerships with Brokers, enhance the broker program, and maintain relationships with current brokers.
- Engage with VIP clients and continuously expand the network.
- Manage relationships with existing KOLs for optimal performance.
- Provide proactive and effective customer service to Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, suggesting improvements to management.
- Stay updated on social media and blockchain influencer trends.
- Represent the company at conferences to engage with stakeholders and promote products.
- Expand institutional presence through community outreach and networking events.
- Stay knowledgeable on market and competitor trends in the crypto space.
- Negotiate and finalize client or partnership agreements.
- Maintain regular contact with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, gathering feedback and recommending enhancements.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Crypto or Blockchain within local markets, with familiarity of influential figures in the ecosystem.
- Established network of clients within Affiliates, KOLs, VIP, and Brokers domains.
- 1+ years of experience in digital assets, cryptocurrency, or blockchain.
- 2+ years of experience selling financial products.
- Professionals with more extensive experience will be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales role.
- Proven track record of establishing, managing, and leveraging client and partner relationships to drive business outcomes.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with proficiency in presentations and documentation.
