About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Design: Monitor trends in the Web3 sector, shape the strategic direction of the OKX Wallet ecosystem.
- Business Collaboration: Form partnerships with key projects and partners to drive user growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Utilize OKX's resources to develop strategic partnerships for key projects.
- Innovation Leadership: Collaborate with product and technology teams to enhance OKX Wallet.
- Leadership: Coordinate internal operations and guide team members towards business goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of Web3 industry experience.
- Strong execution, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Resilience under pressure, excellent problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Extensive understanding of the Web3 industry with a robust network of industry connections.
