As part of our growth strategy, Anchorage Digital seeks a seasoned Business Development Representative to join our team and facilitate revenue growth by researching leads and engaging prospects across all business divisions. This role requires an individual who can drive sales opportunities effectively, possess a solid grasp of the sales process, and demonstrate a keen interest in digital assets. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, adept at communication, and able to present our offerings convincingly.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with digital assets and industry knowledge to effectively communicate Anchorage Digital's strengths and offerings to potential clients.
- Establish and nurture relationships during initial interactions, showcasing the value propositions of Anchorage Digital.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
- Lead initiatives to expand the pipeline and enhance top-funnel growth across all business verticals in collaboration with sales representatives and marketing counterparts.
- Manage and maintain a prospect pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and sharing client feedback with product and engineering teams.
Organizational Knowledge:
- Collaborate closely with other departments to streamline lead qualification and conversion processes.
- Deliver comprehensive progress reports in a timely manner.
Communication and Influence:
- Actively engage in team activities and exhibit strong team player attributes.
- Cultivate effective internal and external relationships to source new prospects and elevate Anchorage Digital's reputation within the industry.
- Share insights gathered from discovery calls with marketing teams to optimize demand generation efforts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year within the digital assets sector.
- Prior experience in a BDR role within a Fintech or SaaS organization.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to expand business opportunities within a leading company.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated passion for and understanding of the crypto ecosystem.
- Appreciation for the narrative depicted in 'Hamilton' and its relevance to modern financial systems.
