Role Summary

We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Business Finance Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our company. You must possess strong communication skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing fiat currency deposits and withdrawals for customers on the exchange platform.
  • Reconciling daily fiat balances between the exchange system and bank accounts.
  • Handling accounting and processing of transaction fees.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of fiat balances within the exchange platform through total reconciliation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial operations, preferably within crypto exchange, banking, or fintech sectors.
  • Solid understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and relevant regulations in Turkey.
  • Expertise in financial reconciliation and accounting principles.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Turkish, both spoken and written.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with extensive datasets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and high-pressure resilience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong computer skills.
  • Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations and compliance procedures is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced settings.
