The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in product growth or digital marketing in payment, technology, fintech, or crypto sectors. They should exhibit familiarity with financial product growth in LATAM and at least one other major region, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, display a sound business acumen, and have proficiency in English along with either Portuguese or Spanish. Understanding of crypto products and the exchange ecosystem is a must.
