Duties

• Scrutinize KPI data to monitor the KYB team’s performance.
• Craft and sustain dashboards and reports for real-time insights into crucial metrics.
• Uncover trends and anomalies in data to pinpoint opportunities and challenges.
• Offer recommendations grounded in data analysis to enhance team effectiveness and efficiency.
• Work alongside team leaders to implement strategies and monitor their effects.
• Conduct root cause analyses to uncover issues affecting KPIs.
• Simplify complex data for senior management into actionable insights.
• Support strategic decision-making by providing thorough analysis and forecasts.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or similar roles.
• Demonstrated ability in analyzing intricate data sets and deriving useful insights.
• Experience in financial services or compliance industry will be advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL, Python, R, or equivalents.
