As a Business Operations Manager at Flipster

We are looking for a proactive Business Operations Manager to lead strategic partnerships and engage influencers within the Korean cryptocurrency market. This remote role is suitable for a forward-thinking professional proficient in English and Korean, with a deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain industry, particularly in derivatives trading. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in crypto exchange operations, a solid grasp of local regulations, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include cultivating partnerships, interacting with influencers, monitoring market trends and regulations, and collaborating across departments to fuel growth and innovation. Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with token projects and key stakeholders in the Korean crypto ecosystem to improve our offerings and market presence.
• Influencer Engagement: Build relationships with prominent figures within the Korean crypto and blockchain communities to promote our brand and drive platform adoption.
• Market Intelligence and Regulation Insight: Monitor market trends, competition, and local regulations in Korea to make informed decisions and spot growth opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure coordinated strategies aligned with business goals and Korean regulations.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent our exchange at industry events, conferences, and media outlets in Korea, effectively communicating our value and vision in English and Korean.

Qualifications
