As a Business Solutions Architect within the financing solutions team, your role is pivotal in shaping the strategic direction of the business. The focal point is on customer needs and market assessment, ensuring the development of relevant products that strike a balance between meeting customer expectations and profitability. This role involves seamless collaboration with various departments like operations, legal, compliance, sales, and other business units to ensure effective product implementation.

You will be responsible for overseeing partner relations to enhance margins, analyzing product performance, mitigating risks, and staying abreast of market trends to drive optimizations. By working closely across engineering, product management, and go-to-market teams, you will play a key role in establishing and achieving business KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate internal processes vital for successful financing solutions, collaborating with trading, operations, legal, compliance, and sales teams.
• Utilize customer insights to guide the development of user-centric features that minimize risk for Anchorage while enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Detail business specifications and feature documentation crucial for the structuring, development, and sales processes.
• Manage external partnerships to expand margin offerings effectively.
• Regularly evaluate product performance, risk levels, and market trends to identify areas for enhancement and lead optimizations.
• Assist in defining, delivering, and monitoring key performance indicators for the business.

Ideal Candidates Will Possess:

• 6-10 years of experience in areas like strategy, financial product structuring, business operations, or related fields.
• Proficiency in crypto markets, fintech, and financial systems.
• Proven ability to cultivate strong cross-functional partnerships with legal, operations, compliance, sales, and business teams.
• Background in structuring and developing complex financial products for various-scale institutions.
• Strong risk management expertise and experience in building control frameworks.
• Sound knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to U.S. financial products.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Proficiency in writing scripts (e.g., Bash, Python) to automate processes and manipulate data.
• Familiarity with asset tokenization trends.
• Personal appreciation for the innovative spirit portrayed in the musical "Hamilton."
