About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Campaign Marketing Specialist with keen attention to detail to bolster our global marketing endeavors. As a crucial part of the marketing team, you will contribute to the implementation of field marketing strategies that enhance brand recognition, generate leads, and boost customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with diverse teams, managing events, exploring partnership marketing opportunities, and executing impactful marketing campaigns to achieve our business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing global marketing campaigns and programs to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Work closely with the Business Resources team to organize and manage various events such as conferences, webinars, workshops, and networking events that promote our products/services and engage with prospects and customers.
- Identify potential partners and contribute to establishing strategic partnerships with industry associations, financial institutions, technology providers, and other stakeholders to expand market presence and enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the Content Lead to utilize engaging content like presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and blog posts to support sales efforts, educate prospects, and reinforce brand messaging.
- Support the sales team by providing marketing assistance, creating sales collateral, and ensuring alignment between marketing strategies and sales objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights, offering recommendations for marketing strategies and tactics.
- Take part in managing the field marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, track marketing metrics, prepare reports, assess effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights to stakeholders.
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, marketing automation tools, Vimeo, Sales Force, and Pardot systems.
- Interest in the fintech industry and willingness to adapt and learn in a dynamic environment.
