The Capital Market Manager will play a pivotal role in securing and structuring capital raises for new and existing projects within the vast Web3 ecosystem. The chosen candidate will act as the primary financial strategist and executor for the upcoming generation of Web3 startups supported by the company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Capital Raised: Guide the end-to-end fundraising process for multiple ecosystem projects simultaneously, focusing on equity, token, and hybrid capital.
• Investor Relations Strategy: Develop and implement a targeted investor outreach plan, leveraging connections in traditional Venture Capital (VC) funds, crypto-native funds, strategic investors, and family offices globally.
• Presentation & Materials: Develop and enhance persuasive pitch decks, investor memorandums, and financial models that clearly present the investment thesis and growth prospects of each project.
• Negotiation Skills: Negotiate term sheets and final agreements to achieve favorable terms aligned with the parent company's strategic objectives.
• Tokenomics Consultation: Collaborate closely with project teams to formulate and model effective tokenomics supporting the project's decentralized economic vision.
• Structuring Proficiency: Facilitate intricate "hybrid" financing instruments bridging traditional equity with future token rights (e.g., utility token warrants or token-based SAFE agreements).
• Due Diligence Oversight: Manage and coordinate legal, financial, and technical due diligence processes essential for institutional investors.
• Investor Relations Management: Establish and maintain relationships with both new and existing investors throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparent and continuous communication.
• Market Analysis Insights: Stay informed about global capital market trends, valuation methodologies, and regulatory changes impacting Web3 fundraising to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Required:

• At least 3 years of experience in a high-pressure finance role, preferably in areas such as Investment Banking (ECM/DCM), Venture Capital, Private Equity, or Corporate Development, with a proven track record in deal closure and capital raising.

• Demonstrated success in closing multi-million dollar capital raises (both fiat and crypto) within the technology sector.

• A profound understanding of blockchain technology, tokenomics design, DeFi mechanics, NFTs, and the GameFi ecosystem.

• Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.

• Established network of institutional investors, particularly those actively engaged in the Web3/Crypto sector.

• Preferred:

• Experience in structuring or selling token instruments like pre-sales, SAFTs, or IDOs.

• Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Finance) or relevant certification (CFA).

• Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or conglomerate environment.
