About The Role 🤔:

As the newly created Chief of Staff (Finance), you will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer, serving as a strategic advisor to the business from a financial standpoint. Your responsibilities will span market-oriented initiatives, commercial evaluations, company performance oversight, and general financial team management duties.

This exceptional opportunity allows you to collaborate with top web3 organizations, engage across all operational functions within a premier technology firm, gain comprehensive insights into CFO responsibilities, and spearhead impactful projects from inception to fruition.

You’ll Be Empowered To 🎮:

• Utilize Immutable’s substantial balance sheet (over US$1B) and leading market position to shape and implement strategic initiatives that enhance the efficiency and performance of Immutable's assets
• Partner with deal teams company-wide to ensure optimal commercial terms are pursued and all relevant financial due diligence is completed pre-deal
• Engage closely with product and functional leaders to drive enhancements in financial performance, ensuring Immutable remains aligned with its financial targets
• Assist the CFO in formulating finance strategies at team and company levels and in overseeing the efficient operation of the finance department

We'd Love You To Bring 🤝:

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or in a strategy/chief of staff role at a technology company
• Proficiency in financial modeling or quantitative analysis (e.g., Mathematics/Engineering background)
• Deep passion and knowledge of the tech industry, including the ability to extrapolate major trends, key players, and noteworthy data points
• Strong problem-solving skills, capable of leading cross-functional groups through intricate strategic endeavors from concept to completion, with minimal guidance
• Solid quantitative skills to conduct refined and accurate financial analyses suitable for executive and Board-level presentations to facilitate vital company decisions
• Outstanding commercial acumen to craft optimal deal terms, steer negotiations, and identify significant deal risks and solutions
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at presenting logically structured proposals both in detailed documents and oral presentations
• Superb emotional intelligence and a positive demeanor, skilled in team leadership, rapid trust-building, and effective influence exertion
