You’ll collaborate closely with blockchain developers, product designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless, secure, and scalable user experiences in the Web3 ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop responsive, performant, and intuitive user interfaces for dApps and Web3 platforms.Integrate blockchain functionality using libraries such as ethers.js, web3.js, or wagmi.Collaborate with smart contract developers to build and test on-chain/off-chain interactions.Implement wallet connections (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet).Work with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.js.Ensure high-quality code through unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.Optimize UI/UX for blockchain-specific challenges like transaction feedback, gas estimation, and asynchronous confirmations.Stay current with Web3 trends, tooling, and emerging technologies in the blockchain ecosystem.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of professional experience in frontend development.Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs).Strong understanding of Ethereum, EVM-compatible chains, and blockchain fundamentals.Experience with ethers.js, web3.js, wagmi, or similar libraries.Familiarity with decentralized storage solutions (e.g., IPFS, Arweave).Experience integrating Web3 wallets and signing transactions.Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving and debugging skills.Passion for decentralized technologies and blockchain innovation.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving tech landscape.What We OfferCompetitive compensation (salary + token/equity options).Flexible remote work environment.Opportunity to work on high-impact blockchain projects.Access to developer conferences, learning stipends, and mentorship.

Responsibilities: We’re looking for a marketing and PR professional to localize brand strategy, content, and campaigns for a specific language region. Responsibilities include monitoring local market trends, aligning with HQ teams, creating culturally relevant PR content, supporting promotional launches, coordinating local events and logistics, managing client communications, and contributing to SEO, advertising, and workflow optimization. Requirements: experience in localization, marketing, or PR, with a strong understanding of local culture, media, and social platforms. Background in offline event execution and logistics is preferred. Must be skilled in PR writing, campaign optimization, and cross-team coordination. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing partnerships and business negotiations. Knowledge of the Spanish-speaking Web3 ecosystem is a plus.
