Clearing Manager

This team plays a critical role in ensuring seamless liquidity and funding support for all of Binance's business units worldwide. Responsibilities:

• Assume leadership in overseeing the daily clearing and settlement processes for spot and derivative products across a vast array of tokens.
• Design and enhance multi-currency automated reconciliation workflows to efficiently manage high-frequency transaction data.
• Manage the complexities of reconciling on-chain and off-chain assets, ensuring consistency with wallet balances.
• Implement AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy, thereby reducing manual errors.
• Monitor and address settlement risks, particularly during high market volatility and liquidity constraints.
• Foster collaboration with global audit firms, regulators, and internal engineering teams in a bilingual setting.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in clearing/settlement within a Traditional Bank, Tier-1 FinTech, or Global Fund.
• In-depth knowledge of financial derivative structures and high-frequency trading environments.
• Exposure to blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and digital asset custody.
• Mandatory CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent certification.
• International certifications in Data Analysis, such as CDMP or Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate.
• Proficiency in using or collaborating on AI tools to streamline data verification and reporting.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin for effective coordination with global partners.
