Responsibilities of the Role
We are seeking a Client Account Manager with sales expertise and a passion for private markets and alternative investments. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services or fintech with a strong focus on client relationship management.
Primary Duties:
- Actively engage and acquire new accredited investors who align with our mission and investment principles.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, particularly high-value investors, and serve as their main point of contact.
- Explore strategic partnerships and referral opportunities to expand our client base.
- Provide exceptional client support and address any issues promptly to ensure investor satisfaction throughout the investment journey.
- Stay informed on market trends in private markets and advise clients proactively based on industry insights.
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance the client experience and influence product and platform strategies.
- Uphold regulatory standards and actively participate in compliance activities and initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or relevant field.
- 3-4 years of experience in sales, account management, relationship management, or investment advisory.
- Background in financial services, wealth management, fintech, or investment platforms is highly valued.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and strengthening investor relationships.
- Understanding of both traditional and alternative investment products.
- Familiarity with investment compliance requirements and client execution processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated individual with problem-solving skills, able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce is advantageous.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic environment.
