Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately handle high-value dispute cases, ensuring timely resolution.
• Evaluate disputes, lead negotiations, and devise strategies for resolving them.
• Supervise incident compensation procedures and maintain transparent and punctual reporting.
• Collaborate with technology and product departments to analyze incidents post-resolution and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Aid in the development of new features and keep public documentation updated.
• Address escalation cases promptly and professionally to secure satisfactory outcomes.
• Collaborate with the legal team to handle litigation associated with client disputes.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in managing client relationships, dispute resolution, and crisis management, preferably in fintech or cryptocurrency.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions and draft clear public statements.
• Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving to identify key issues and root causes in conflict resolutions.
• Fluency in Mandarin required for communication with stakeholders who speak Mandarin.
