Job Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough due diligence on new customers, including requesting, reviewing, and verifying KYB/KYC information and documents, and conducting risk assessments.
- Conduct ongoing KYC/KYB reviews during customer onboarding and monitoring based on internal policies.
- Investigate high-risk clients, such as Politically Exposed Persons, and ensure all required documentation is obtained for customer file completion.
- Assist in developing operational policies and procedures related to KYC/KYB.
- Evaluate existing customers periodically in line with established policies and procedures.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to keep their files updated.
- Process customer record amendments in various applications.
- Provide support and knowledge-sharing to cross-functional teams in Operations.
- Analyze work streams for operational enhancements and provide feedback.
- Meet individual and team goals based on set standards.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses and affiliates to monitor their activities.
- Contribute to specific projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
- Previous experience in client onboarding required.
