Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough due diligence on new customers, including requesting, reviewing, and verifying KYB/KYC information and documents, and conducting risk assessments.
  • Conduct ongoing KYC/KYB reviews during customer onboarding and monitoring based on internal policies.
  • Investigate high-risk clients, such as Politically Exposed Persons, and ensure all required documentation is obtained for customer file completion.
  • Assist in developing operational policies and procedures related to KYC/KYB.
  • Evaluate existing customers periodically in line with established policies and procedures.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to keep their files updated.
  • Process customer record amendments in various applications.
  • Provide support and knowledge-sharing to cross-functional teams in Operations.
  • Analyze work streams for operational enhancements and provide feedback.
  • Meet individual and team goals based on set standards.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses and affiliates to monitor their activities.
  • Contribute to specific projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in client onboarding required.
  • Experience in fintech is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of financial technology/ services legislation is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities, both independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and data management is a plus.
