The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the right skill set to shape and drive our marketing strategy and brand. You will be starting from a blank slate where you will take the lead in end-to-end marketing campaigns, driving the marketing strategy and presenting ideas to the C-suite. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy tailored to our audience and business objectives.

Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary Chief Growth Officer to shape and lead the overarching marketing, community, and ecosystem strategy for Morph. Responsibilities

Global Brand Positioning: Craft and elevate Morph’s brand at a global scale, positioning the company as a leader in the Layer 2 blockchain space. Build a compelling narrative around our value proposition for developers, enterprises, and end-users.
Community and Ecosystem Strategy: Oversee high-level strategy to build and scale community engagement, ensuring deep integration between marketing, product, and ecosystem development. This includes fostering relationships with key stakeholders, developers, influencers, and ecosystem partners.
Partnerships and Ecosystem Expansion: Lead the strategy for ecosystem growth, identifying and establishing long-term partnerships that drive product adoption and expand Morph’s influence within the blockchain space.
Executive Collaboration: Partner closely with the CEO, product, and technology teams to ensure the marketing strategy drives business priorities, including user acquisition, retention, and ecosystem development.

Requirements
6+ years of experience in senior leadership roles in marketing, preferably in blockchain, fintech, or emerging technology sectors.
Proven track record of creating and executing global marketing strategies that have scaled businesses.
Deep understanding of blockchain technology, Layer 2 solutions, and decentralized ecosystems.
Strong network within the blockchain ecosystem, including with developers, projects, and strategic partners.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
A strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing initiatives.
Strong communication skills and the ability to represent the brand at key industry events and forums.
