Role: Client Success Manager

As a key member of our Global Client Success team, you will play a vital role in delivering long-term value to our clients. Your responsibilities will include onboarding, training, and driving client adoption and maximum value within assigned accounts. You will proactively identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and address challenges to foster the expansion of our solutions over time.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the strategic vision for the US Client Success organization, building and nurturing relationships with assigned clients.
  • Lead program management for the deployment and usage strategy of Genesis products, ensuring client adoption and developer education.
  • Optimize client lifecycle through initiatives that improve client engagement based on segmentation and instill a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Address escalated client issues promptly and orchestrate resources as needed.
  • Provide technical oversight and assistance throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Support & Training Programs, Client Success Engagements, and Professional Services to drive consumption, scalability, and operational health.
  • Facilitate technical working sessions with clients and Client Success Engineers to align workflows with client goals.
  • Deliver quarterly executive briefings to stakeholders, highlighting business value delivered, industry trends, and next steps.
  • Collaborate in small teams to achieve client success.
  • Partner with Sales to deliver insightful contributions that drive client expansions and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the financial services sector, with expertise in banking, asset & wealth management, or financial markets infrastructure.
  • Passion for technology and willingness to learn about low-code platforms.
  • Previous experience in Client Success or Consulting roles within Enterprise Software.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, articulate, and execute a vision aligned with company and team strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with highly technical clients.
  • Strong analytical skills and focus on client value management.
  • Ability to understand client business and technical objectives and collaboratively create success plans and measurable outcomes.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $175,000 - $215,000 per year, depending on candidate competency and experience as assessed against our interview criteria.
