Community & Social Media Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking individual to fill the role of a Community & Social Media Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include cultivating engagement, increasing our online presence, and expanding our audience reach. You will oversee the development, management, and activation of the Dapper Labs community across various social media platforms and online channels. Crafting engaging content, managing interactions, monitoring growth metrics, and implementing innovative social strategies to fuel the adoption of Web3 will be key aspects of your role.

Community Engagement & Growth:

• Manage and moderate communication channels such as Discord, Twitter, and Telegram to create a positive atmosphere.
• Respond promptly to community inquiries and discussions, acting as a liaison between users and internal teams.
• Host community events, AMAs, and Twitter Spaces to enhance interaction and engagement.
• Introduce novel engagement tactics like game nights and interactive campaigns to maintain community enthusiasm.
• Monitor key metrics to track community growth and furnish regular reports with insights for enhancement.

Social Media Marketing & Content Creation:

• Formulate and execute impactful social media strategies across platforms like Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn to expand the Dapper Labs audience.
• Create and distribute engaging content in various forms – tweets, videos, graphics – that resonate with Web3, NFT, and gaming communities.
• Stay abreast of social trends, involve in pertinent conversations, and leverage viral moments to boost brand visibility.
• Analyze essential social media metrics and deliver regular reports for performance evaluation and strategy refinement.

Brand Storytelling & Thought Leadership:

• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling narratives around Dapper Labs products and partnerships.
• Generate diverse content like blog posts, newsletters, and educational materials to keep the community engaged.
• Ensure messaging coherence across platforms in alignment with product and marketing teams.

Influencer & Partner Engagement:

• Establish relationships with significant community members, influencers, and brand advocates to amplify Dapper Labs' presence.
• Oversee influencer campaigns and ambassador programs to enhance organic reach and user acquisition.

Community Advocacy & Reputation Management:

• Serve as the community's voice by conveying feedback and insights to the internal teams.
• Proactively monitor brand sentiment and respond to misinformation with professionalism and transparency.
• Develop strategies for crisis management and conflict resolution to maintain a positive community ambiance.

About you:

• Demonstrated experience in social media marketing and community management, ideally within blockchain, Web3, NFTs, or gaming sectors.
• Proficient in various social media platforms relevant to Web3 culture.
• Capability to create engaging content tailored to diverse audience segments.
• Experience with social and community growth strategies, including influencer partnerships and gamification.
• Creative thinker with a knack for generating innovative engagement ideas.
• Proficient in utilizing social media and community analytics tools for data analysis.
• Equipment in graphic design tools and video editing software is a bonus.
• Enthusiasm for Web3, digital collectibles, gaming, and blockchain technology advancements.
