Your Role

We are seeking a Compensation Specialist to contribute to our renowned Total Rewards team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and implementing our rewards strategy in alignment with business objectives. Collaborating closely with various departments, you will act as a key advisor on compensation matters, ensuring fair pay practices and competitiveness in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR teams to support the business by providing compensation insights and guidance.
  • Manage the annual pay review process, from budgeting to individual decision-making, while working collaboratively with HR and Finance teams.
  • Conduct global compensation benchmarking and maintain relevant structures for competitive positioning.
  • Stay informed on market trends and implement best practices to drive informed decision-making.
  • Shape sales incentive schemes in collaboration with business units to drive high performance.
  • Develop communication plans to enhance employee understanding of the reward system at the company.
  • Create analytical tools and dashboards to ensure internal pay equity and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience in global compensation within a technology or fast-paced global environment.
  • Strong aptitude for data analysis, cost modeling, and proficient in advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, with high attention to detail, in ambiguous situations.
  • Team player with a solution-oriented approach who can work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to conceptualize proposals, training guides, and rewards communication materials.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
