Your Role
We are seeking a Compensation Specialist to contribute to our renowned Total Rewards team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and implementing our rewards strategy in alignment with business objectives. Collaborating closely with various departments, you will act as a key advisor on compensation matters, ensuring fair pay practices and competitiveness in the market.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR teams to support the business by providing compensation insights and guidance.
- Manage the annual pay review process, from budgeting to individual decision-making, while working collaboratively with HR and Finance teams.
- Conduct global compensation benchmarking and maintain relevant structures for competitive positioning.
- Stay informed on market trends and implement best practices to drive informed decision-making.
- Shape sales incentive schemes in collaboration with business units to drive high performance.
- Develop communication plans to enhance employee understanding of the reward system at the company.
- Create analytical tools and dashboards to ensure internal pay equity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in global compensation within a technology or fast-paced global environment.
- Strong aptitude for data analysis, cost modeling, and proficient in advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, with high attention to detail, in ambiguous situations.
- Team player with a solution-oriented approach who can work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to conceptualize proposals, training guides, and rewards communication materials.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
