As a Data Scientist within this team, your role will involve shaping compliance monitoring systems, deriving actionable insights from complex data, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Utilize diverse data science techniques to evaluate and reduce compliance risk.
• Analyze data to extract statistical insights for decision-making and operational enhancements.
• Develop and manage ETL/ELT pipelines for transactional and KYC data monitoring.
• Create and maintain dashboards to oversee various compliance systems' health.
• Effectively communicate insights and proposals to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of compliance experience, with a solid understanding of KYC, sanctions, and transaction monitoring.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, including building analytical dashboards.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills for engaging with international partners.
• Ability to produce clear documentation and presentations.
• Ownership mindset, collaborative problem-solving approach, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to work well within cross-functional teams.
