We are in search of a dynamic Content Marketing and Communications Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be tasked with crafting and executing comprehensive communication strategies that align with our product roadmap and central messaging, overseeing content development and distribution, improving product marketing and essential materials, and coordinating PR efforts to bolster our brand’s visibility and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute communication strategies that effectively engage target audiences and stakeholders.
- Generate engaging content across diverse channels like websites, blogs, social media, and emails to advance brand awareness and interaction.
- Collaborate with various teams, notably product and sales divisions, to support product marketing initiatives that align with business goals.
- Establish and manage an editorial calendar to streamline content sharing across key communication platforms while ensuring consistency with organizational messaging.
- Partner with external PR agencies to lead press-related activities, including media relations and event planning, to boost brand visibility.
- Provide support and resources to internal spokespeople to enable independent content creation.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics regarding communication, content, and digital marketing, utilizing insights to refine future strategies.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in communication, content marketing, SEO, and PR.
- Handle company SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building tactics, to enhance organic search rankings and drive web traffic.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Track record of successfully developing and executing communication and content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness.
- Experience in managing PR activities like media relations and press releases.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, capable of crafting compelling messages for varied audiences.
- Proficiency in content management systems, Email Management systems, and Project Management tools, as well as SEO tools and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical abilities to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized, creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and driving results.
- Sound knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Interest in the fintech industry and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
