Responsibilities
Your main responsibility will involve collaborating with designers, product marketing teams, and marketing leads to create, edit, and optimize content across various channels. Your capabilities in content creation, performance analysis, and brand advocacy will be crucial in maintaining a clear, concise, and consistent voice throughout all communications.
Your Work
You will be involved in:
Developing short-form content for Circle's website and blog, as well as aligning in-product copy and corporate communications to maintain a consistent brand voice.
Transforming messaging provided by the brand strategy and product marketing teams into engaging copy that emphasizes value propositions and optimizes clarity and engagement.
Contributing to the development and enhancement of our writing style guide, with specific guidelines tailored to various segments and geographic regions. Identify areas for improvement in existing messaging and make suggestions to strengthen our overall brand voice.
Utilizing storytelling techniques to establish engaging content hierarchies and cohesive information architecture in our design work.
Collaborating with creative directors, designers, and marketing leads to develop innovative strategies for campaigns, collateral materials, web content, and more.
Producing compelling and actionable customer emails, from subject lines to content, that captivate the audience.
Creating promotional copy for multi-channel campaigns, including landing pages, social media, paid media, branded events, and video marketing.
Taking the lead in continually developing and championing the evolution of our writing style guide.

Qualifications
You should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
More than 12 years of experience in creative copywriting within a fast-paced, results-driven, marketing environment.
A deep passion for words and their power, even if you have not previously worked in-house or for a startup.
Excellent communication skills to engage with a diverse audience, including C-suite executives, investors, developers, policymakers, and cryptocurrency enthusiasts.
Ability to quickly synthesize information and produce copy within tight deadlines.
Strong interest or knowledge in the crypto industry, paired with a willingness to learn and understand our customers and internal stakeholders.
Experience collaborating with legal and compliance teams to develop approved terminology while ensuring consistency and adherence to guidelines.
Comfortable managing multiple projects with varying deadlines and working with cross-functional teams to align objectives.
Participate actively in strategic discussions and creative reviews, adapt quickly to changes, and work in agile teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to present ideas effectively.
Experience working with external creative agencies and freelancers.
Proactive and adaptable in ambiguous situations.
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, and MacOS preferred.
Additional Information
This position offers day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.
Compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs.
Annual bonus target: 17.5% of base salary.
