What You'll Be Responsible For:
Working closely with our designers, product marketing team, and marketing leads, you will conceptualize, write, and edit various content to maintain a clear, concise, and consistent voice across all communication channels. We are seeking a content, performance and brand advocate who possesses conceptual thinking, creative writing skills, strategic questioning abilities, and a commitment to continuous optimization.
What You'll Work On:
- Developing concise content for Circle's website, blog, and in-product copy, ensuring alignment with our brand voice
- Utilizing brand messaging frameworks to highlight value propositions and translate them into engaging copy
- Contributing to the evolution of our writing style guide and identifying ways to strengthen our brand voice
- Creating engaging content hierarchy and information architecture for our design work
- Collaborating with creative directors, designers, and marketing leads to develop fresh creative strategies
- Crafting customer emails with compelling subject lines to drive engagement
- Writing effective copy for promotional campaigns across various channels
- Leading the ongoing development of a comprehensive writing style guide

What You'll Bring to Circle:
- At least 12 years of experience in creative copywriting, preferably in a fast-paced marketing environment
- Exceptional writing skills and a passion for the power of words
- The ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals, from C-suite executives to industry experts
- Strong skills in gathering and synthesizing inputs quickly to deliver copy within set timelines
- Knowledge or enthusiasm for the crypto space and the willingness to learn and understand our customers' needs
- Experience collaborating with legal and compliance teams to ensure compliance in brand copy
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines with the ability to adapt and pivot as needed
- Excellent communication skills in various formats, including writing, speaking, and presenting
- Experience working with external creative agencies and freelancers
- Proactive mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and MacOS (preferred)

- This position may be eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.
