Responsibilities
As a member of our team, you will lead the ecosystem and cultivate strategic alliances in Japan. Managing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), you will drive the partnership pipeline, assess partners, and secure agreements with key partners. Collaborating closely with Circle's leadership and multidisciplinary teams, you will navigate uncertainties to inform stakeholders on Web3 policy changes, market trends, partner needs, and resource allocation.

Qualifications
- Extensive experience in developing fintech or technology partnerships (13+ years)
- Proficiency in creating alliances in Japan (10+ years)
- Past senior managerial role with a strong understanding of cross-functional relationships
- Professional expertise in payments and blockchain technology
- Proven track record in leadership, team building, and motivation
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills
- Enthusiasm for early-stage development, improving processes, and driving partner success
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Fluency in both Japanese and English, preferably at a business level
