Collaboration with product, growth, and design teams is pivotal for pushing the boundaries of what web3 gaming can offer in terms of aesthetics and user experience. Ultimately, your contributions will elevate Immutable as a trailblazer in game design and brand articulation—melding emotional storytelling, cutting-edge interaction approaches, and futuristic visuals to architect the future of gaming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and safeguard Immutable’s comprehensive brand universe, encompassing illustrations, imagery, motion, and sound across all products and interfaces.
- Develop Brand and Design Systems in collaboration with the product vision, ensuring consistent on-brand UI patterns at scale.
- Advance studio assets using AI integration to transform artwork seamlessly into immersive experiences.
- Oversee brand and motion systems evolution to deliver emotionally impactful experiences throughout Play Feed, Game-Fi, and beyond.
- Prototype novel interactions such as interactive NFT previews and procedural animation for digital assets.
- Introduce AI-enhanced creative endeavors through tools like Runway to generate sound and motion variants, curating the top-tier outputs into scalable systems.
- Ensure consistent scalability of motion design across products via shared libraries and principles.
Qualifications and Experience Noteworthy Include:
- Minimum of 10 years in design, focusing primarily on consumer products.
- Extensive expertise in motion design and emotional UX, evidenced in a portfolio manifesting exceptional craftsmanship.
- Demonstrated competence in building and scaling brand systems across various digital products and touchpoints.
- Previous experience in a Creative Director role for digital advertising and social campaigns.
- Established expertise in creating end-to-end brand identity systems encompassing sonic, visual, and interactive elements.
- Zeal to drive immersive, next-gen experiences using cutting-edge tools like generative AI or procedural animation.
- Proven track record of collaborating across disparate teams to unify brand, product, growth, and social elements under a cohesive design language.
- Previous experience leading creative teams and mentoring designers while ensuring high standards of execution.
- Proficiency in leveraging generative and AI-assisted tools to enhance creative workflows and expedite iterations.
