About the Opportunity

We invite you to be part of our Product team as a Creative Designer, pioneering transformative design in the crypto industry landscape. In this role, collaborate with top-tier professionals from leading tech firms, such as product managers, designers, and engineers. Drawing on your creative design expertise, you will be instrumental in producing striking visuals and branding for our platforms, enhancing the user experience for our retail/advanced traders and institutional clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Produce engaging visual assets for our website and app, maintaining brand consistency to ensure a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
• Work closely with product designers in both Cefi and Defi to reinforce our brand identity and improve product experiences, lending professional insights whenever necessary.
• Keep updated on emerging design trends within the industry and grasp an in-depth understanding of our diverse range of financial products, strategizing innovative approaches to product development and branding.
• Utilize user feedback and data analysis to refine brand assets and guidelines, incorporating enhancements as required.
• Lead design projects, steering other designers and fostering teamwork to efficiently achieve project goals.

What We Look For In You

• Hold a degree in a design-related field, coupled with experience in creative or web design, and proficiency in design software like Photoshop, Figma, and Illustrator.
• Showcase a strong grasp of illustration, graphic design, advertising design, and visual expression.
• Possess excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in the crypto and Web3 sectors.
• Display creativity and a deep passion for design, demonstrating a distinctive aesthetic sense and adaptability to various styles.
• Excel in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, with previous experience in managing projects autonomously.
