We are seeking a talented Creative Project Manager to join our Growth Creative Team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and driving challenging projects to successful completion. As the Project Manager, you will have a deep understanding of various media forms including content creation, motion graphics, product design, and key visuals.   • Lead all aspects of project management, from idea generation to execution, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
  • Develop a creative schedule to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Collaborate with user acquisition managers to establish creative analysis processes and adhere to KPIs.

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, media, business, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of project management experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. Familiarity with targeting options, ad formats, and optimization strategies is essential.
  • Proven ability to oversee and manage creative campaigns from start to finish, ensuring alignment with growth objectives and KPIs. This includes coordinating with creative teams, defining project requirements, setting timelines, and tracking progress.
  • Proven expertise in data-driven decision making, including analyzing data, understanding key metrics, conducting A/B testing, and making data-driven adjustments to meet KPIs.
  • Strong coordination skills to manage creative assets across multiple social channels, taking into account platform requirements and ensuring messaging and branding consistency.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with creative teams, user acquisition managers, data analysts, social media representatives, and external agencies.
  • Experience with agile project management and familiarity with methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is a plus.
  • Ability to develop creative strategies tailored to each social platform, understanding user behavior, trends, and best practices.
  • Attention to detail and a result-oriented mindset, ensuring error-free and optimized creative assets that meet project goals and quality standards.
  • Keen interest in continuously learning about the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising on social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and other relevant tools is preferred.
