We are seeking a talented Brand Designer to join our dynamic design team, responsible for implementing design strategies that align with our brand's vision, mission, and business objectives in the fast-evolving cryptocurrency landscape.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to produce visual content, develop brand assets, and ensure consistency of our brand across all platforms, be it web, social media, or offline channels.

Responsibilities

• Design and uphold a unified brand identity across various digital and physical touchpoints.
• Produce a range of visual materials like logos, icons, infographics, landing pages, and social media graphics tailored specifically for the crypto and blockchain community.
• Partner in the conceptualization and execution of creative strategies to elevate the brand's presence in the crypto market landscape.
• Keep abreast of design, branding, and cryptocurrency industry trends, offering fresh design solutions that resonate with the blockchain community.
• Collaborate with product and web development teams to devise user-friendly UI/UX experiences reflecting the brand's identity.
• Create assets for marketing campaigns, including advertisements, email templates, banners, and promotional materials.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet both business and customer needs.

Requirements

• Possess 5+ years of experience in brand and visual design; familiarity with UI/UX is advantageous.
• Exhibit a user-centric mindset, able to articulate design decisions that bring value to users and the business.
• Balance creative and strategic elements to enhance brand recognition and engagement across multiple platforms.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and leadership capabilities in cross-functional settings.
• Showcase a impressive portfolio that highlights top-notch design work.
• Experience in the tech industry design is preferred.

Additional Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Familiarity with current design and cryptocurrency trends to propose relevant and innovative design solutions.
• Proficiency in animation skills.
