About the Role
We are looking for a skilled CRM MarTech Project Manager to join our dedicated team. Reporting to the CRM Martech & Projects Director, you will be responsible for executing CRM strategies, collaborating with various teams to drive engagements within the organization. This role offers the opportunity to work on CRM applications that significantly impact user engagement.
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to develop CRM strategies for enhancing customer experience and retention
- Analyze customer data to support campaign decisions
- Manage CRM projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with development teams and ensuring timely delivery
- Interact with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and oversee project deliveries
- Provide updates on project status and ensure effective communication with stakeholders
- Assist in planning data tracking events and integration projects across products
- Maintain project documentation to track progress effectively
- Act as the central communication point between internal teams and external vendors
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in customer data platform (CDP) management with a focus on Growth
- Proficiency in CDP tools across various functions such as retention, acquisition, data visualization, and data warehouse
- Familiarity with API requirements and scripting for campaign automation
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex datasets with SQL
- Solid understanding of project management tools and methodologies
- Self-motivated with problem-solving capabilities and ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Interest in cryptocurrency, DeFi, NFT, and Web3 space is a bonus
