CRM MarTech Project Manager
** About the Role**
We are looking for a highly skilled and forward-thinking individual to fill the role of a CRM MarTech Project Manager within our team. This position directly reports to the CRM Martech & Projects Director and will be instrumental in executing our CRM strategies end-to-end.
As a vital member of the CRM team, the selected candidate will collaborate closely with various departments including marketing, product, data, growth, and tech teams to drive impactful user engagement at our organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on CRM applications that significantly influence user engagement and retention on the platform while providing exposure to project management, growth strategy, and data analytics.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to strategize CRM initiatives enhancing customer experience and retention
- Analyze customer data and insights to guide campaign direction and other initiatives
- Take charge of the CRM function to manage and oversee project development throughout its lifecycle
- Engage with development teams to determine project scope, milestones, and resource management
- Facilitate communication across various teams to ensure thorough scoping, timely project delivery, and effective stakeholder management
- Communicate project updates, identify potential challenges, and ensure timely delivery to both internal and external stakeholders
- Support planning and quality assurance efforts for data tracking events and integration projects across different product lines
- Keep project documentation up-to-date to support on-time delivery and milestone achievement
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external vendors
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in managing Customer Data Platforms (CDP) with a focus on Growth
- Practical experience with CDP functionalities related to retention, acquisition, experimentation, data visualization tools, and data warehouse
- Expertise in API requirements and liquid scripting for campaign automation and dynamic personalization
- Strong analytical skills to extract insights from complex datasets using SQL and ability to translate CRM needs into detailed PRDs
- Proficiency in project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude and a knack for finding innovative solutions independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly
- Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive approach to work
- Interest and familiarity with cryptocurrency, DeFi, NFT, and Web3 technologies is a bonus.
