CRM Specialist/ Senior CRM Specialist
A dynamic company is in search of a Senior or CRM Specialist to assist in driving targeted cross-channel communications for their growing e-commerce platform. The primary focus will be on increasing platform engagement, retention, and usage metrics by utilizing various communication channels such as push notifications, emails, and in-browser messages. The selected Senior / CRM Specialist will report to the CRM Manager and collaborate closely with internal teams like marketing, product, and creative departments. The ideal candidate will need a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, must pinpoint consumer touchpoints, and propose strategies to cater to customer needs effectively. Strong research skills, top-notch communication abilities, exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously are essential qualities for the successful candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in teamwork with diverse departments (Product, Marketing, Creative, Tech) to devise effective GTM strategies
- Support the CRM Manager in the design and implementation of CRM & campaign initiatives
- Utilize customer data to facilitate upselling and enhance user engagement
- Supervise the full user segmentation process, including automation, optimization, evaluation, and reporting across the user lifecycle
- Enhance platform retention, loyalty, engagement, and usage metrics (e.g., DAU/MAU, purchases)
- Experiment with various stages of the customer lifecycle to identify growth-effective methods
- Strategize and integrate data points within the CRM systems
- Coordinate analysis of industry trends to align with business objectives
- Improve and analyze CRM strategies via A/B testing
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in roles related to growth, marketing, CRM, or Business Analysis
- Extensive knowledge of digital assets, trading, and derivatives
- Proficient in executing campaigns and managing automation while conducting rigorous A/B testing
- Keen on numbers, adept at logical thinking, and possess analytical skills
- Proven ability to utilize data and analytics tools for boosting performance and improving customer experience
- Excellent command of the English language with Mandarin proficiency as a bonus
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Knowledge of SQL or HTML is advantageous
