What you'll be responsible for:
- Take charge of the overall program and associated projects aimed at creating an exceptional employee experience, nurturing global talent, fostering a values-driven culture, and achieving outstanding results. Develop detailed project plans, ensure successful adoption of programs through change management and communication strategies, and measure their impact.
- Build trusted partnerships, collaborating with stakeholders in Talent and across the organization to align on program objectives and deliver memorable moments for our employees throughout their journey.
- Provide leadership, facilitation, and implementation of key initiatives to enhance Circle's culture and engagement strategy. This includes programs in talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, rewards and recognition, and employee well-being.
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to support and develop our high-performing global organization while aligning people-oriented programs and decisions with Circle's values.
- Contribute to the development of Circle's strategy for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), defining long-term priorities, and driving engagement in DEIB initiatives at all levels of the business.
- Support the design, administration, and analysis of employee engagement surveys to track progress, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide insights and recommendations to evolve and implement innovative strategies and solutions that meet the evolving needs of our culture, employee experience, and DEIB efforts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in workplace and employee engagement, offering thought leadership on how they apply to our industry and remote-first workplace. Incorporate relevant insights to enhance our strategies and initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed:
- Minimum of 8 years experience in human resources, with expertise in culture and employee experience, DEIB, talent management, organizational development, organizational effectiveness, and learning & development.
- Proven track record of creating and implementing successful, scalable talent programs, including program design, development, management, measurement, and evaluation. Experience with DEIB programs is preferred.
- Strong track record of building trusted relationships at all levels of an organization, including senior talent, to drive talent programs and influence transformational conversations.
- Excellent self-organization skills, strategic program and project management skills, and organizational effectiveness skills.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify patterns and trends, derive insights from data, and drive informed decision-making and problem-solving.
- International experience preferred, with a strong understanding of diverse global regions and cultures.
- Thrives in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
- Strong decision-making skills and a sense of urgency, with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
- Solid business acumen, emotional intelligence, and cultural awareness, understanding the dynamics of high-growth technology businesses.
- Level-headed mentality under pressure, coupled with strong creative problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in G-Suite, Slack, and MacBook preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
