About the Role:
As a Customer Experience Associate at OG.com, you will serve as the primary point of contact for users, assisting them with platform navigation, facilitating confident trading experiences, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction during our rapid growth phase.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts effectively and efficiently.
- Identify and address customer needs, resolving any product or service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to communication procedures and guidelines for all customer interactions.
- Achieve personal and team performance targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and provide relevant product/service recommendations as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in customer support or customer-facing roles, preferably in sports or prediction markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
