Description
Job Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming and outgoing communications with existing and potential customers.

- Address product or service issues by identifying problems, explaining solutions, and ensuring resolution.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies for interactions with internal and external customers.
- Meet individual and team targets.
- Update customer records and suggest products or services based on customer information and needs.
- Generate product or service reports when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure effective customer service delivery.
- Manage changes and provide exceptional customer engagement.
- Perform additional tasks related to the above responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma required.
- Location in Sofia.
- Previous experience in a relevant customer support role is essential.
- Knowledge of fintech is preferred but not mandatory.
- Understanding of the company's business and structure is necessary.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
- Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must possess integrity, initiative, perseverance, and discretion.
- Interest in financial technologies and services industry.
- Fluency in both English and Italian.
- Proficient computer skills.
