Customer Service Agent - Merchant Team

Responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for the P2P market, addressing inbound inquiries through chats, emails, and calls
- Independently resolve issues by delivering accurate information to customers
- Stay informed with the latest relevant knowledge to support efficient customer service operations
- Escalate matters to team leaders, managers, or other departments as necessary
- Adhere to established Quality Assurance standards and Team Leader schedules
- Aid in additional processes delegated by the Team Leader
- Demonstrate positive teamwork with colleagues and departments across the company
Requirements
- Prior experience of 2-3 years in frontline customer support, preferably in financial or service industries
- Demonstrate dedication and willingness to solve complex problems while ensuring exceptional customer experiences
- Possess adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in multitasking, prioritization, and efficient time management
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 5mpbs broadband connection)
- Understanding or interest in blockchain, digital assets, or fintech sector; experience as a Binance P2P user is a plus
- Flexible availability for varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Fluency in English for effective coordination with international partners and stakeholders
