Responsibilities:

• Offer thorough, precise, and relevant information to customers.
• Handle complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified timelines while ensuring follow-up for issue resolution.
• Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Demonstrate commitment to customer engagement by going above and beyond.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or related roles dealing directly with customers.
• Proficiency in using IT tools for professional purposes and ability to handle somewhat technical customer queries.
• Excellent written communication skills and strong listening abilities.
• Effective multitasking skills, prioritization, and time management.
• Familiarity with the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry is advantageous.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
• English fluency is essential for collaborating with international partners.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and night shifts.
