Responsibilities:

- Offer thorough, precise, and relevant information to customers.
- Handle complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified timelines while ensuring follow-up for issue resolution.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Demonstrate commitment to customer engagement by going above and beyond.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or related roles dealing directly with customers.
- Proficiency in using IT tools for professional purposes and ability to handle somewhat technical customer queries.
- Excellent written communication skills and strong listening abilities.
- Effective multitasking skills, prioritization, and time management.
- Familiarity with the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry is advantageous.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- English fluency is essential for collaborating with international partners.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and night shifts.
