Support activities are conducted in English.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of live chat interactions and phone calls
- Assess and understand customers’ needs to deliver satisfactory resolutions
- Furnish accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to users
- Manage and resolve complaints effectively within stipulated timeframes; ensure follow-up for issue resolution
- Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and organizational policies
- Demonstrate initiative to engage customers effectively
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of demonstrated customer-facing experience or role as a customer service representative
- Proficient in using IT for professional purposes and capable of addressing moderately technical customer queries
- Excellent written communication skills coupled with attentive listening abilities
- Competency in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and managing time efficiently
- Background knowledge in the cryptocurrency/blockchain sector is advantageous
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Fluent in English to collaborate with international partners and stakeholders
- Willingness to work weekends, irregular hours, including night shifts
