The role demands proficiency in French and English as support will be provided in both languages. Additionally, the role may entail providing cross-support in other languages as well.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high volume live chat interactions and other online support tools
  • Offer accurate, comprehensive, and valid information to users
  • Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and company policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to handle customer interactions, thoroughly document customer inquiries
  • Handle complaints effectively, offer suitable solutions within specified timelines, and ensure follow up for issue resolution
  • Demonstrate proactive customer engagement and go the extra mile to fulfill customer needs

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in finance or e-commerce sectors
  • Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification
  • Fluent in French at a native level, with advanced proficiency in English essential for supporting users effectively
  • Previous experience in cross-functional support is advantageous
  • Strong ethical standards, proactiveness, attention to detail, sense of responsibility and team spirit essential
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to surpassing expectations
  • Passion for customer service industry and willingness to work varying shifts
  • Positive outlook towards the cryptocurrency industry
