Responsibilities

  • Manage high volume live chat interactions and other online support tools

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in finance or e-commerce sectors
  • Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification
  • Fluent in French at a native level, with advanced proficiency in English essential for supporting users effectively
  • Previous experience in cross-functional support is advantageous
  • Strong ethical standards, proactiveness, attention to detail, sense of responsibility and team spirit essential
