Responsibilities

  • Manage high volumes of live chat interactions and phone calls

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of established customer-facing experience or prior work as a customer service representative
  • Proficiency in English and German languages
  • Willingness to work weekends, irregular hours, including night shifts
  • High proficiency in utilizing IT for professional purposes and addressing somewhat technical customer queries
  • Strong written communication skills and active listening abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry is advantageous
  • Additional languages proficiency is a plus
