Customer Service Representative (German)
Binance, a prominent global blockchain ecosystem associated with the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, is looking to expand its Customer Service team. Our priority is to provide exceptional support to our users, ensuring fast response times and accurate information delivery. This role involves managing customer inquiries, complaints, and identification processes through ticketing systems and live chat on our cryptocurrency exchange platform. We are seeking individuals with strong communication, problem-solving, and empathy skills to advocate for our customers and gather valuable feedback, ultimately enhancing the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Deal with a high volume of live chat and phone interactions
- Understand and evaluate customers' needs to deliver satisfactory outcomes
- Provide precise, valid, and comprehensive information to users
- Handle complaints effectively, offering appropriate solutions and following up for resolutions within specified timeframes
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies
- Demonstrate a proactive approach towards engaging customers
Requirements
- At least 1 year of proven experience in customer-facing roles or as a customer service representative
- Fluency in English and German is required for collaboration with international partners
- Must be willing to work weekends, irregular hours, and night shifts
- Proficient in using IT tools for professional purposes and capable of addressing technical queries
- Strong written communication skills and active listening abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage time efficiently
- Knowledge of the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry is advantageous
- Fluency in other languages is a plus
