Responsibilities:

  • Manage high volumes of live chat interactions and incoming emails
  • Render accurate, valid, and detailed information to users
  • Adhere to prescribed communication protocols, guidelines, and organizational policies
  • Collaborate with internal business units to liaise effectively with customers and diligently document their requests
  • Address complaints, propose and deliver appropriate solutions within stipulated timeframes, and ensure resolution through follow-ups
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to engaging customers and going the extra mile to meet their needs

Requirements:

  • Possess a college degree or higher educational qualification
  • Proficiency in Portuguese language, supplemented with advanced English proficiency to engage effectively with partners and stakeholders
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the finance or e-commerce industry; Fresh graduates exhibiting exceptional potential are also encouraged to apply
  • Exhibit traits of honesty, integrity, proactiveness, meticulousness, responsibility, and a strong sense of teamwork
  • Comfort working under pressure, exceptional communication skills, and an ability to exceed expectations
  • Display a passion for customer service and be open to varied work shifts, weekends, irregular hours, and night shifts
