Responsibilities:
- Handle various service channels such as inbound calls and live chat
- Furnish precise and complete information to customers
- Adhere to communication protocols and company policies
- Assist other departments by documenting customer interactions accurately
- Resolve complaints effectively within specified time frames and ensure follow-up for resolution
- Demonstrate proactive engagement with customers
Requirements:
- Possession of a college degree or higher educational qualification
- Proficiency in Romanian and advanced English proficiency
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in finance or e-commerce sectors
- Pervious experience is a plus but exceptional recent graduates can also apply
- Demonstrated integrity, initiative, and attention to detail
- Ability to operate effectively under pressure, display strong communication skills, and exceed performance expectations
- Eagerness to work non-standard hours and shifts with a positive outlook on the crypto industry
- Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours, including night shifts
